- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes cut in eighths
- 1 bunch green onions, ends removed, thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- Dressing:
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Country French vinaigrette (Penzy's)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp water
- 3 to 4 Tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
