Hot Sausage Hors Doeuvres Recipe

Ingredients

  • Hot sausage Hors d'oeuvres
  • 1 pound of ground chuck
  • 1 pound of italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound of processed cheese spread
  • (Velveeta)
  • 2 loaves party rye bread
  • Brown and drain ground chuck and italian sausage, add spices. Cube cheese and stir into meat until melted. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture on each piece of bread. Place single layer of cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
