- 1/2 Tablespoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dried thyme
- 1/4 Cup Chopped fresh parsley
- Dash of red pepper flakes (Optional)
- 2 (6oz) Cans tomato paste
- 2 Large Cans Pureed tomatoes ( I use (26oz) Box Pomi tomatoes)
- About 5 Cups water
- 3 Tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
- salt & pepper
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup Soft bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup water
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 (500gm) Boxes Dried pasta (Short pasta Shapes Such As penne Or macaroni Are Best
- 2 Cups mozzarella cheese, Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
- 1 1/2 Cups Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg For Wash
