Apple-topped Pork Chops Recipe


  • Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops ( 4-oz each )
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • ¼ cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 2 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbs. butter or stick margarine
  • ½ cup plus 2 Tbs. un-sweetened apple juice, divided
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
