Ingredients
- 3lbs sirloin beef steak, sliced thin and in strips
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup plus 2-3T olive or peanut oil, divided
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2T oyster sauce
- 2t steak seasoning, heavy on the black pepper
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2-2t red pepper flakes
- 12oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 5-6 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
- 2 cups snap or sugar peas
- 6 servings rice(I used wild/brown)
Description
Using The Filipino Dish As A Base, I Added Some Veggies And Served It Over Wild Rice Which Came Together For A Flavorful, Fairly Healthy And Quick Dish!
