  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dry TVP
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup kasha (toasted buckwheat)
  • 2 tbsp amaranth
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/3 cup whole flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup psyllium fibre husks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cranberry juice
  • 1 cup trail mix of choice, soaked in hot water and drained
  • 1/4 cup raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
  • 1 tsp vanilla
