Ingredients
- 220 grams of soba noodles (the cooked one,not the dried)
- 100 grams of pork in yakiniku slices (bacon slice)
- 2 cloves of garlic (Grated)
- 1 Tsp of ginger (Grated)
- 1 sweet onion ( Thinly sliced)
- 1 carrot ( Peeled and cut thinly )
- 1/4 - 1/2 cabbage (cut for soba size)
- 1/4 cup of light soy sauce (like kikkoman)
- 2 Tbsp of sake (Japanese rice wine) or any cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp of mirin ( Sweet rice wine)
- 1 packet of Hon dashi ( Ajinomoto Hon dashi - the pink one )
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 3 Tbsp of vegetable cooking oil
- toasted sesame seeds ( the brown ones. If you buy fresh or uncooked Sesame seeds-they are white in color.You have to toast them in non-stick pan on stove.So,buy the toasted ones to save time :p )

A Very Common Dish Here In Japan. My Family Love It. Before I Always Use Instant Soba Sauce,but Now I Found Out That A Homemade Soba Sauce Is Way More Delicious Than The Instant One...enjoy!
