- 3/4 pound pork tenderloin (i used 3 pork chops)
- 2-3 teaspoons soy sauce
- Pinch of cornstartch
- Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch that has dissolved into 4 tablespoons of water
- Batter:
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1/3 C. Cornstartch
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 1/3 cup warm water
- Additional Ingredients:
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- oil as needed
