- Stir Fry Rice
- 2.5 Cup raw rice - Cooked and chilled
- 1 Cup cooked pork - I use leftovers from a BBQ joint
- 2 Cup Mixed Veggies - carrots corn peas
- 1 small onion - Minced
- 6 scallion - Diced - Optional
- 1 Cup bean sprouts
- 4 cloves garlic - Minced or Crushed
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
- 3 eggs - Scrambled
- 5 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 4 Tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
