- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 large egg whites

These Sound Good ..I Would Try Changing The Apricots With Fresh One When They Are In Season... I Have Not Tried This Recipe....it Is From California Apricots.
