• 4 whole chicken breast
• 1 10-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts(can use the kind in a jar too)
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/3 cup flour
• 2 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
• 4 cups cheddar cheese
• 2 tbs chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tbs parmesan cheese
