  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 bunch dill, cilantro, or other herbs for flavor
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
