  • 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 package (4.9 ounces) au gratin potatoes
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
