- 8-10 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbls. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4-1 tsp. hot sauce (add according to taste)
- 1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs
