- 1 avocados, skinned, pitted, and thinly sliced
- 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, rough chopped or hand shredded
- 1 limes cut into wedges

- For the Thai Slaw Dressing: -----------

- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 2 juicy limes)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red chili paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, more if needed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey, or to taste
- red pepper flakes (optional and to taste)
- For the Thai Slaw: ------------
- 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage (about 1/4 to 1/2 of a small cabbage)
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 daikon radish, shredded
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
