Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. white spelt flour (you could use regular flour if you werenât avoiding wheat)
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. xanthan gum
- 1 c. plain soy milk
- 3/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
- 1 t. apple cider vinegar
- 2 t. vanilla
Description
This Vegan Cake Has A Texture Like A 'regular' Cake, Not Crumbly. I Made A Frosting For It With Margarine, Rice Milk, Powdered Sugar And Orange Extract And It Was Very Good.
