Ingredients
- peanut sauce
- 1/2 cup peanutbutter ( natural or Organic PB )
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar ( organic, or brown sugar )
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes or suit to taste
- add all ingredients into pot on stove medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes
- add water to thin sauce if needed
- Bison meat ( ground or hamburger )
- oil for frying
- 1.5 lbs ground bison
- 2-3 garlic ( minced)
- 1 or 2 onions ( chopped) and/or green onions
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 egg ( beaten)
- 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass ( optional)
- 1 tbsp Thai curry paste
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of rice flour ( or wheat,buckwheat or other flour)
- 1 tbsp lemongrass ( chopped and minced) optional

This Is A Recipe Originally For Beef ,but I Changed To Bison Or Buffalo..It's The Spicy Peanut Sauce I Like...combine With Rice And Veggies
