• 1/4 tsp. ground mace
• 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

If You Don’t Have Old Bay Seasoning Available In Your Area Is A Make Your Own Old Bay Seasoning Mix. I’ve Never Tried This Mix, But Old Bay Seasoning Is The Standard Seafood Seasoning On The Eastern Shore Of Maryland. Oh Also Great On Crinkle Fries.
