Fish Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 2/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • If using salmon: USE:
  • 2 (6oz). cans of salmon drain, skin and discard bones.
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • If using tuna: USE:
  • 2 ( 6 oz.) cans of tuna. drain and flake
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • If using crabmeat: USE:
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat drain and flake
  • 3 TBSP tartar sauce.

Description

These Fish Cakes Can Also Be Made With Crabmeat Or Tuna. Thanks To Stuffing Mix These Fish Cakes Stay Crispy Outside And Moist Inside.
