Amish Pot Roast Recipe


  • 3-4 lb. beef roast (sirloin tip, rump, English cut)
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. coffee
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 onions, sliced


This Is A Recipe I Obtained From A Church Friend A Few Years Ago. Though It Looks Too Simple To Be Good, It Really Is Very Tasty. We Love It For A Lazy Sunday Afternoon Meal.
