Asian Lamb Shanks Recipe


  • 4 large lamb shanks
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbspn veg oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 cm piece of stem ginger, cut into slivers
  • 1/4 cup plum jam
  • shredded rind and juice of a lareg orange
  • 2 tbspns salt reduced soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • steamed asian greens, to serve
