Ingredients
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 scallions (I have used red onions instead)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- small squeeze of fresh lemon juice (I use about a tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped

This Recipe Was Being Given Out With Samples At The Grocery Store. I Bought All The Ingredients That Day And Made It Right Away. It Is Very Garlicky!
