- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted

This Has A Sweet And Sour Taste And Is Good To Serve With A Mint Raita. It Is Best Made In Advance Stored For At Least Two Weeks Before Use. * When Choosing Mangoes, Select Ones That Are Shinny With Umblemished Skins.
