Award Winning Mongolian Beef Recipe


  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large green onions


This Is One Of My Favorite Beef Recipe. It Is Easy To Make, Inexpensive To Serve And Very, Very Tasty. I Lie To Make This And Serve It Over Egg Noodles, My Husband Likes It Over Brown Rice. Either Way It Is Good. Enjoy
