Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 T garlic
- white wine Worcestershire (Or Lea and Perrins chicken marinade - same thing)
- seasoned Salt
- garlic pepper
- EVOO
- 2 T margarine
- 1/2 white onion, chopped small
- 1 ribs celery, chopped small
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped small
- 1/2 tub fresh mushrooms, sliced (or canned)
- 10 Oz Chopped spinach, OR broccoli florets, OR asparagus Tips (optional - sometimes I use, sometimes I don't)
- Dash red pepper flakes
- 1 c Shredded swiss cheese
- 1 c Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- Dash hot sauce
- 1 can creamy chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1/4 c Kraft Real Mayo
- 2 c. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained (optional, sometimes I use and sometimes I don't ) (Or use Minute Rice, white or brown, the 4 servings option on box)
- 1/2 c pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
