- 1 large can Vegeburger / you can use griller crumbles from Morning Star or some other kind of substitute beef TVP (texturized vegetable protien) if you like.
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- dash garlic salt
- dash celery salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces
- 1 can chow mein noodles

If You Are Having Vegetarians Over For Supper This Is A Fairly Safe Dish To Serve. We Had Some Cousins Over Who Are Vegetarian And They Seemed To Like It.
