Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 pounds washed collard greens (I use Cut N Clean Greens)
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 3 Tablespoon Garlic; peeled and chopped
- 1 Large red onion
- 1 Large yellow onion
- 2-3 Large Anaheim peppers; sliced in strips
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper; sliced in strips
- 1 red bell pepper,chopped
- 1/2 Tablepoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablepsoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon salt, or salt to taste
- 8 ounce butter (Recipe calls for 16 ounces- I use 8 only)
