- 16 ounce can of apple sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Dash of ground cloves
- Sprinkle of allspice
- 1/3 cup sugar or splenda, I have even used brown sugar in a pinch, I have even heard of using honey from some one but I would guess only 1/2 the amount as it is so sweet
