Ingredients
- 1 pkg of angel hair nests
- 1-2 cups chicken broth
- 1 box frozen peas (not the baby ones)
- 1 julienned red onion
- 8 thin slices smoked salmon (mine were about 3x6 and very thin)
- white pepper to taste
- 1 stick sweet butter
- 1/4 cup Lucini evoo
- fresh grated Italian cheese of your choice
- Add salt after tasting the salmon-mine was salty enough so I omitted it in the recipe
Description
A Dish I Made Off The Top Of My Head. The Butcher Had The Most Delicious Looking Slices Of Smoked Salmon And I Thought "I Can Do Something With That". So I Did And Here It Is.
