Ingredients

• 1 pkg of angel hair nests
• 1-2 cups chicken broth
• 1 box frozen peas (not the baby ones)
• 1 julienned red onion
• 8 thin slices smoked salmon (mine were about 3x6 and very thin)
• white pepper to taste
• 1 stick sweet butter
• 1/4 cup Lucini evoo
• fresh grated Italian cheese of your choice
• Add salt after tasting the salmon-mine was salty enough so I omitted it in the recipe

A Dish I Made Off The Top Of My Head. The Butcher Had The Most Delicious Looking Slices Of Smoked Salmon And I Thought "I Can Do Something With That". So I Did And Here It Is.
