Asparagus With Balsamic Drizzle And Cream Cheese Recipe


  • 1-1/2 pounds medium size asparagus ends snapped and stems peeled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced fine
  • 1 green onion sliced fine
  • 1 small baguette sliced into 1-1/2” slices
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 6 radishes washed and sliced thinly
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
