Artichoke Olive Chicken Bake Recipe


  • 1-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with Italian style herbs
  • 14 ounce jar artichoke hearts drained and quartered
  • 6 ounce can sliced black olives drained
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


This Recipe Came From An Estate Sale. I Obtained It When I Purchased The Family Collection From The Long Estate In Arlington, Texas In 1994.
