Ingredients

- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 3 spring onions chopped (use green and white parts)
- 1/2 lb chayote squash, chopped, keep skin on
- 12 fresh red hot peppers seeded
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 pint malt or regular vinegar
Description
This Is An Extremely HOT Sauce To Be Used Sparingly With Meat Or Anything You Want To Kick Up A Few Notches. A 1/4 Of A Tsp Is All You Need. This Sauce Will Keep Forever In The Refrigerator.
