• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/3 to 1/2 (depending on taste)cup bourbon
• 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 (about 3 or 4) package Johnsonvlle's Beddar with Cheddar or other smoked sausage, cut into slices
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup(omit if using Maple baked beans)
