- 1 lb. large fresh, wild shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped (include some of the tops)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup clam juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3-4 organic roma tomatoes, seeds removed, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped organic fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoons chopped organic fresh basil
- 1 teaspoons chopped organic fresh Italian parsley
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (greek)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 package organic spaghetti
