- 1 1/2 cups each red and green cabbage
- 1 big carrot sliced very thin
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 small bunch of cilantro-- leaves only
- Dressing
- 3 tbs.crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbs.sesame oil
- 1 tbs. peanut oil
- 2 tbs.rice vinegar
- 1 tbs.light soy sauce --- light in color
- juice of 1 lime
