- 1/4 tea pepper
- 2 tbl veg. oil
- 1 med onion sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbl fish sauce
- 2 med potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 small red bell pepper cut into srtips
- 2 tbl cornstarch disolved into 3 tbl water
