- 3 lbs crabs ( cooked whether steamed or boiled )
- 2 Tbsp shrimp paste or small dried shrimps
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tsp garlic, minced
- 1 medium sized onion, cut into strips
- a thumb -sized ginger , cut into strips
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cups coconut milk ( equivalent to 1 big can) you may use powdered coconut milk
- 1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
- 6 pieces finger chilies
- bunch of spinach
