- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded ( Kraft cracker Barrel 2% )
- 1 can ( 10.5-oz ) cream of celery condensed soup reduced-sodium
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 Tbs. margarine
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs, plus 4 Tbs. to sprinkle on top( Progresso )
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce ( Lea and Perrin )
- Dash pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese for garnish ( Optional )reduced-sodium
- fresh parsley for garnish ( Optional )
- Extra melted margarine for the top at baking time helps.

This Lobster Casserole Dish Is Very Filling. Serve This With A Salad And Your Favorate Beverage. This Is My Recipe I Came Up With At The Spear Of The Moment. I Have Tryed To Lower The Sodium But It Is Still On The High Side. Also The Photos Are Mine.
