- 2 C biscuit mix
- 1 C butter (I mix half margarine and butter)
- 1 C Half and half
- 1 C yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Description
I Have Used Fat Free Creamer And That Has Worked And Also Have Substituted Non Fat And Light Sour Cream For The Half And Half And Is Still GREAT! I Don't Think You Will Find This Recipe A Disappointment!
