- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted [or 1 stick butter and 1/3 cup coconut oil] [or 1 cup oil]
- 1 cup carob powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla [You can change the extracts as you like or as your add-ins would dictate.]
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- Add-ins - 2 cups total
- white chips
- butterscotch chips
- peanut butter chips
- cherry chips
- carob chips
- raisins
- chopped cherries, maraschino or candied
- chopped nuts
- mini marshmallows
- etc
