• 2-3 Tbl butter
• 3 Tbl flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese (I use about 9/10 of a lb.)
• 1 can of cream of chicken soup
• 1 Tbl minced onion
• 1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
• pepper to taste
• nutmeg (2 shakes)
