- 1 cup water

- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli (I use freshly steamed & chopped)
- 1 med. carrot, grated
- 2-3 Tbl butter
- 3 Tbl flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese (I use about 9/10 of a lb.)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbl minced onion
- 1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- nutmeg (2 shakes)
