Ass-loads-o-veggies Sauce With Gnocchi Recipe


  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 stick celery, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 small red capsicum (bell pepper), deseeded, diced
  • handful mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar tomato-bases pasta sauce (one with chunks o veggies is good, but any'll do)
  • 1 packet potato gnocchi
  • ricotta cheese, to serve
  • sliced black olives, to serve


Based On A Weight Watchers Recipe, Can Be Served With Any Pasta Really, Is Even Good Cooked In To Scrambled Eggs For Breakfast. SO MUCH VEGGIE!
