- 1 tbl cooking oil
- 2 cups veggies, shredded carrots, celery, spinach, chard, (whatever is handy) chopped fine
- 1/2 c chopped fine scallions
- 1/2 c chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup soaked mung beans or mung sprouts
- 2 tbl sake or broth
- 2 tbl soy or tamari sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbl mayonnaise
