- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1 pinch tarragon
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- hot pepper sauce; to taste
- cayenne pepper; to taste
