Blackened Shrimp Steak And Andouille Sausage Penne Saute Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound diced beef tenderloin
  • 1/2 of an andouille sausage, diced
  • 3 pieces smoked bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 1 cup good white wine
  • 12 asparagus spears, blanched
  • 2 tablespoons Blackening season
  • 24 oz. heavy cream
  • 5 oz. shredded asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup penne, cooked al dente, chilled
  • salt and pepper to taste
