- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1 cup good white wine
- 12 asparagus spears, blanched
- 2 tablespoons Blackening season
- 24 oz. heavy cream
- 5 oz. shredded asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup penne, cooked al dente, chilled
- salt and pepper to taste
