Cobbish Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 good pinch dried tarragon, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1/2 bunch watercress
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 3 strips bacon cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 large red pepper, julienned
  • 1 breast of rotisserie chicken or 1 cup cooked chicken, roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed

Description

A Simple Tasty "cobbish" Salad. Easily Doubled. This Salad Very Generously Feeds Two Hungry Adults As A Main Course. There May Be Dressing Left Over.
