Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 good pinch dried tarragon, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 bunch watercress
- 2 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 strips bacon cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 large red pepper, julienned
- 1 breast of rotisserie chicken or 1 cup cooked chicken, roughly chopped
- 1 avocado, cubed
Description
A Simple Tasty "cobbish" Salad. Easily Doubled. This Salad Very Generously Feeds Two Hungry Adults As A Main Course. There May Be Dressing Left Over.
