- 500g (1/2lb) butter - Frozen rock hard beforehand.
- 500g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbs cocoa
- 1 Drop Peppermint Essence
- cake (cool or near enough to not melt butter)
