Ingredients
- 1 kg of 00 flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 16 grams of dried yeast
- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 cups + more warm water
- 1 teaspoon castor sugar
- olive oil
- Toppings depend on your taste.
- I use the following:
- 3 sachets of tomatoe paste (1 x 50g for each pizza)
- or 2 Tablespoons each pizza
- The following is for the 3 pizzas
- Shredded ham to suit (400g) or more
- 24 Sliced olives
- 1 tin 500g Champignons sliced thinly
- 1 tin 500g crushed pineapple
- 500g Stick of Hot pepperoni sliced thinly and halved
- 1 Large white onion sliced thinly and cut in half
- 1 green pepper, remove seeds and slice pepper about 3 to 4mm thick
- 1 tea spoon oregano
- 1 tea spoon basil
- Shredded Mozzaerlla cheese to cover toppings
- Scatter Parmeson cheese thinly over the top
