Thick Base Pizza W-great Toppings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of 00 flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 16 grams of dried yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 cups + more warm water
  • 1 teaspoon castor sugar
  • olive oil
  • Toppings depend on your taste.
  • I use the following:
  • 3 sachets of tomatoe paste (1 x 50g for each pizza)
  • or 2 Tablespoons each pizza
  • The following is for the 3 pizzas
  • Shredded ham to suit (400g) or more
  • 24 Sliced olives
  • 1 tin 500g Champignons sliced thinly
  • 1 tin 500g crushed pineapple
  • 500g Stick of Hot pepperoni sliced thinly and halved
  • 1 Large white onion sliced thinly and cut in half
  • 1 green pepper, remove seeds and slice pepper about 3 to 4mm thick
  • 1 tea spoon oregano
  • 1 tea spoon basil
  • Shredded Mozzaerlla cheese to cover toppings
  • Scatter Parmeson cheese thinly over the top
