  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1tsp. tamari
  • pinch of oregano and basil
  • 1/2 lb. tofu, cubed and sprinkled with 1/3 cup tamari *
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce or salsa*
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese or parmesan *
  • salt to taste*

  • **a blend of cashews, sesame seeds, brewers yeast, lemon juice, sea salt, agar, and spices
