Asian-grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1 to 1 1/2 pound Alaska salmon fillet, thawed if necessary
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/8 salt

Description

I Picked Up Some Wild Alaskan Salmon Yeaterday; I'd Forgotten How Delicious Wild Salmon Is. Farm-raised Doesn't Even Compare! I Threw Together This Marinade And It Was Wonderful, But That Salmon Didn't Really Need A Thing.
